Hi! My name is David Souter and I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years, 10 of those as a Fitness Presenter across Europe. More recently, I have been involved in the Number 1 selling Celebrity Fitness DVDs of 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, one of which is very close to becoming double platinum!

I am now focused on helping to improve as many lives as possible with healthy eating and exercise through my online IN10SITY programmes – people just like you! I believe that effort = results, and whilst my workouts are challenging, they are still enjoyable, as exercise should be! My nutrition plans feature simple, wholesome foods and easy recipes that don’t cost the earth or take hours to put together.
