21 DAY PLAN OVERVIEW

 

WELL DONE ON TAKING THE FIRST STEP ON IMPROVING YOUR BODY AND LIFESTYLE!

 

THE FOLLOWING ARE A MUST TO COMPLETE THE 10 DAY PROGRAM – NO EXCUSES…

​

1. Join the support group, see below

2. Weight, measure (1.waist belly button 2. Hips widest part) and photo yourself from front, side and back (its optional to send them to me, but this is great to remind you why you're doing this. Do these the night before you start.

3. Weight again on morning for day 5 and again morning of day 22.  Send me your results.

4. Do  not weight yourself at any other time during the plan.

5. When posting anything use the hashtag #IAM10

 

MEAL PLANS

Follow the nutrition and eating plan to the letter, if it says eat wholemeal bread (or gluten free) – eat wholemeal bread, not white bread, not the bread you always get, not a bagel…to get 100% results you need to put 100% into this!

 

The first 4 days are the most important, however from day 5 you have more flexibility and can use the food switch list (see end of the plan)

 

The more effort you put in at the start the easier it will become.

IN10SITY WORKOUTS

Always start with any warm up and finish with any stretch.

 

  • MAXit 8 mins – Fat burn, fitness, strength & flexibility

  • TONEit 4-5 mins – Tone, lift, tighten & strength

  • TRI-M3TRIX 3 mins – Target problem areas, great workout finisher.  Do each exercise for 20 secs with no rest, repeat for 3 rounds

 

Simple follow the workouts for each day.

Beginner options available if the MAXit are too much to start with.

 

You can replace your workouts with a gym session or exercise classes or do as many of the IN10SITY workouts per day as you like.  You have a day off on day 11.  From day 12 you can replace your daily workouts with a  masterclass and for added results add a challenge each week.

 

Basically follow the meal plan and workouts each and every day.

 

 

VERY IMPORTANT!

BUY SOME PROTEIN POWDER – YOU WILL NEED THIS FOR DAY 4: CLEANSE DAY.

Buy the smallest bag or share with a friend as you will only need x5-6 servings but you do have options to use this throughout the plan. Increasing your protein and fibre is a great way to lose weight.  You can now buy 'clear' protien which is more like s fruit juice than milk shake.

 

When buying protein look for:

 

  • Low fat/No fat

  • Low carbs/no carbs

  • Lactose free/low

  • No/low sugar or artificial sweetners (sucralose or aspartame)

  • Go for powders with all natural or low ingredients
