IN10SITY Support Group
I have been running IN10SITY online for 8 years. This year I launched the VIP Support Group and WOW! I have seen a huge improvement in members performance and results!
My VIP support group offers a space where we can come together to share our stories and experiences and help reduce the isolation of online training. Even training face to face or in groups, we feel we are struggling alone, when many others are dealing with similar situations and issues.
Members share questions, issues, meal prep, exercise videos, challenges and their failures and successes. The group is an incredibly honest, friendly and supportive community, and many become friends.
